Safety Plan Analyser
Project all your hazard points through Noribel's predictive risk model. Each point is rated on 8 criteria — obstacle severity, approach speed, proximity to finish, rider fatigue, gradient, chokepoints, blind corners, peloton size — and the Top 10 are flagged so you know where to put marshals first.

Live ingest & rider setup
Send this to the rider over SMS / WhatsApp / Signal. They install Traccar Client from their app store, paste the URL into the app's Server field, then read back their Device Identifier to you so you can register their tracker in the list below.
Server URL
⚠ Critical Traccar Client settings
By default Traccar Client only sends a position every 10 minutes — riders will look frozen on the map. Make sure each tracker uses these values:
Frequency:5 seconds (default is 600 s — change it!)
Distance:0 m (force-send every fix, not just on movement)
Accuracy:High
Buffer:OFF (when ON, the app queues offline fixes and bursts them later — looks like a 2-minute delay on the live map)
Service status:ON (toggle at the top of the app)
Android only: Disable battery optimisation for Traccar Client
QR code
Scan with your phone's camera to copy the URL straight into Traccar Client.
Ready-to-send message
Use my own Traccar server instead…
Track WinFleet vehicles instead (no phone app needed)…
Sign in with your WinFleet API username and password once, then tick the vehicles for this race.
Noribel reads positions on the server (no Traccar Client). Use the API credentials from EcoMobility/SkyCom —
the normal WinFleet portal login may not work here. Rate limit: 4 requests/min (map ~every 20s).

Share live map
Anyone with this link can watch the live race map — no login required. They only see the map and tracker positions.
Scan the QR code or copy the link — share via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Share wave timetable
Share a read-only link of start-wave pass times (slow / average / fast) with cities and partners. No login required.
Recipients see the wave timetable only — not the full race editor.
Share field map
Lightweight map for marshals and medical staff — tap hazards and posts for details, navigate with Google Maps, and download for offline use. No login required.
Staff should open the link on their phone, allow location, and tap Download offline before heading to remote areas. Pick a partner above to share only their assigned posts.

Add distance markers?
Place approach markers before this point along the race track.
Scan course for climbs
Detects climbs along the race track. Default is Cat 4+ only — switch to “Every hill” for smaller bumps. Existing map climbs stay until you delete them.
Climb
Uses the saved HC / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 point tables for this climb’s category.
Elevation
Hover for km and elevation. Marker = steepest point. Use Ribbon 3D / Terrain for 3D in this window.
Category point standards
Defaults used when a climb is set to “Category standard”. Edit 1st-place points and how many riders score.
Climbs on course
Open a climb for its elevation profile, name and points. Scan only when you need to detect more.
No climbs on the map yet.

New custom layer
Custom layers are for logistics, bus routes, parking, etc. Draw lines or upload GPX, KML, or KMZ — they stay separate from the race course and timetable unless you enable roadbook for points.
Edit layer
Import map file
Choose where each layer from your file should go. Supports GeoJSON, GPX, and KML/KMZ. Map a folder to an existing Noribel layer (e.g. obstacles → High danger) or create a new custom layer.
